Body fat percentage and calisthenics performance: the honest truth

I've been into Bodyweight Fitness for about 6 months now and wanted to share my thoughts.

I was skeptical at first but now I'm a convert

I think the biggest misconception is that you need to be an expert to enjoy this. Just start with handstand and go from there.

Would love to hear what others think.
