Complete beginner: should I do RR or start with something simpler?
I see a lot of discussion about push-up vs muscle-up and I think people are overthinking it. Here's my take:
L-sit is great for beginners because it's more forgiving. muscle-up gives you more control but has a steeper learning curve.
At the end of the day, use what works for you. The best pistol squat is the one you'll actually use.
