Calisthenics warm-up routine I use before every session

I've been into Bodyweight Fitness for about 3 months now and wanted to share my thoughts.

Honestly it changed how I think about the whole hobby

I think the biggest misconception is that you need to be an expert to enjoy this. Just start with L-sit and go from there.

Would love to hear what others think.
