Ring push-up instability: how to use it productively

Just wanted to share my latest front lever project. It's not perfect but I'm proud of how it turned out.

The process took about 2 years and I learned so much along the way. The hardest part was definitely staying motivated but once I figured that out, the rest fell into place.
