How I fixed my rounded-shoulder posture with calisthenics

I see a lot of discussion about pull-up vs L-sit and I think people are overthinking it. Here's my take:

pull-up is great for beginners because it's more forgiving. L-sit gives you more control but has a steeper learning curve.

At the end of the day, use what works for you. The best muscle-up is the one you'll actually use.
