How to keep training consistent through life disruptions

I need help. I've been working on pistol squat for weeks and I'm stuck.

Here's what I've tried:

  • Approach A: didn't work because of time constraints
  • Approach B: partially worked but the results were inconsistent
  • Approach C: too expensive/time-consuming

Any suggestions? I'm open to completely different approaches.
