Full planche: how rare is it actually, and what's a realistic timeline?
I see a lot of discussion about planche vs pistol squat and I think people are overthinking it. Here's my take:
muscle-up is great for beginners because it's more forgiving. muscle-up gives you more control but has a steeper learning curve.
At the end of the day, use what works for you. The best planche is the one you'll actually use.
