Iron cross: what the training progression actually looks like year by year
I see a lot of discussion about push-up vs planche and I think people are overthinking it. Here's my take:
pistol squat is great for beginners because it's more forgiving. front lever gives you more control but has a steeper learning curve.
At the end of the day, use what works for you. The best handstand is the one you'll actually use.
