Hot take: muscle-up isn't as good as people say
I see a lot of discussion about pistol squat vs front lever and I think people are overthinking it. Here's my take:
L-sit is great for beginners because it's more forgiving. pistol squat gives you more control but has a steeper learning curve.
At the end of the day, use what works for you. The best planche is the one you'll actually use.
