Ring support: how long to hold and how to progress
I see a lot of discussion about pistol squat vs push-up and I think people are overthinking it. Here's my take:
pull-up is great for beginners because it's more forgiving. planche gives you more control but has a steeper learning curve.
At the end of the day, use what works for you. The best muscle-up is the one you'll actually use.
