Weekly Bodyweight Fitness discussion thread

I see a lot of discussion about handstand vs L-sit and I think people are overthinking it. Here's my take:

front lever is great for beginners because it's more forgiving. handstand gives you more control but has a steeper learning curve.

At the end of the day, use what works for you. The best handstand is the one you'll actually use.
